Cool 28 year inactive corp in NJ

I corporated in 1982 and it is listed void by proclaimation! I have not done anything with it. The status report says tax suspension start date is 1988! Do I owe 28 years of taxes? Last annual report was 1984. Would it be smart to reactivevate for a season corp to start another business?
