1120s and 2009 returns...

my Father in law and I have an LLC, he is on the payroll where as I get paid as a job expense (no taxes taken out).
When we filed our taxes my husband claimed me as a dependent but i didn't claim any income. Now we have to file our 1120S, can our CPA do amended return for 2009 for me?
