HSA Tax Question

Not sure why this is stomping me. I am asked this question on a TaxSlayer page:

Medical & Dental Expenses
Did you pay any medical or dental expenses in 2023?

The next page says this:

Medical, Dental, and Vision Expenses
Complete the form below to add medical, dental, and vision expenses to your return. Do not include premiums deducted from your pay through a cafeteria plan (pre-taxed).

My question is if that includes what I used up from my HSA account. Most of my medical, dental, etc I use only from my limited funds in my HSA account. Otherwise, I can not afford it.

So my question is if I do consider what I use from the HSA as "Out-of-Pocket Expenses" to include on the tax form.

Thank you.
