NJ S-corp

I opened up a S-corp in NJ and I was filing CBT-100S for NJ with Inactive Corp (and was not doing any business) but i filed a 1120S with Federal in 2006 Saying Final return.
-Doesn't it mean the S-corp closed in 2006?
-NJ has been sending the bills for Min.Payment for all the other years mean from 2005-2008.Do i still owe these taxes?
-In 2009,Someone on forums suggested,I need to file Dissolution with Zero assets since it has no money.I did that. When i was talking a state auditor,They were asking to file a inactive return and pay the min amount. Is this correct?

Can i show state that i already filed a final return with federal and in 2006 and pay the dues in 2005 and 2006.How this going tow ork?

Please advise.
