Arizona S-Corp

California charges 1.5% on S-corp income. Please let me know if Arizona taxes S-corps in a similar fashion - either % of income of some other annual fees. Thanks.

For the Tax Year 2009, Arizona State has only 1 Corporation tax rate bracket, with a flat tax rate of 6.968%.

However, Arizona State imposes a minimum Corporation Tax of $50.

Thanks for your responding to my question. Based on your answer, my understanding is that Arizona's tax rate for s-corps is 0 plus a $50 fee right?
