Health insurance premium deduction

I make 80k as a part time employee and an additional $40k as a sole proprietor.
I support a non-working wife and two kids under 18. My employer will pay half of what would be MY monthly premium for the insurance plan he offers. He offers to pay nothing towards my wife or kids? health coverage . So, I purchase my own health insurance for myself and family. I decline what my employer offers for me. My question is, how much of the total monthly premium can I deduct on my taxes?
