Please Help received fines from the city of New York

I am currently in charge of a corporation that is active for the simple purposes of receiveing w2's form it's payroll provider for employees. There has been no income for the corp. since June. In the month of July, I received fines from the city of New York for fliers posted on poles. Unfortunatley, the people hired to distribute the flyers did not take the advice of handing out fliers to perspective customers, but instead posted them across the city on public poles and mail boxes. I have received about five thousand dollars in fines. Unfortunately, the corp. has not had any income and has no assets left. What is the plan of action? What is going to happen? Thanks for your help.
