Can I file as HOH(spouse lived apart but visited the house)

My wife moved to a different state for a job since April 2015. I have been taken care of the kid and the house at the old place all by myself. I am responsible for most of the cost. The house is under both my wife's and my name.

She visited us several times in holidays such as Thanksgivings, and stayed with us shortly during the visits.

We are still married. And we still live separately.

My wife will file MFS and will not claim the kid.

I plan to file as the HOH. I meet all other requirements of "Considered Unmarried".

However I am not very certain about the next one:

Do I satisfy the requirement of "Your spouse didn't live in your home during the last 6 months of the tax year" ? Do her short visits affect me as HOH?

Does "visit" mean "live"?

Thanks a lot for your comments.
