Retiree Medical Deductibility as Sole Proprietor

I am eligible to purchase group medical insurance as a retiree from my former employer. All retirees pay the same premium. I am now self employed. Are the retiree medical premiums deductible above the line on Schedule C as a sole proprietor ?
