ADA-Implementation of Title III

Question:
As to the 50% direct tax credit for removing communication barriers in a public facility.

Is this available to only small businesses?
As I understand it, the removal of communication barriers would include the upgrade of a fire alarm signaling system that meets ADA standards providing visual and audible indicating devices, Horn strobes and Strobes.

The real question is where do I find this outlined in the IRS 907 publication?

Look at this link at the IRS.gov web site.

Misuse of Disabled Access Credits - Law

Pub. 907 is for people with disabilities, not the situation you are describing.
