Amended 1099 & W2's Statute of limitations for 2004

Good morning, after several attempts with the irs website, unsuccessful of course. Is there a statute of limitations on Amended 1099 and W2 filings for the year 2004? And if so is there any exceptions to the rule?

Thanks
YLowrey
