i opened s-corp 1 year ago just to get billing directly to me and doing same job and i work as employee to this s-corp. I am trying to refinance my mortgage but i could not do it since i am self-employeed.

Is it possible to change my s-corp to my wife's name and i can work for her. so that i will not be considered as self-employeed.

is it possiable to chane my s-corp to my wife's name
please advise
