Apportionment

When looking at apportionment from a corporate tax prospective - I wanted to confirm you should break out all of the rental properties by state and SPECIFICALLY BY RENT PAID DURING THAT TAX PERIOD.

Correct, the factors that need be apportioned are as follows;

1. Rent by State.

2. Payroll by State.

3. Fixed Assets by State

4. Sales by State.
