IRS allows costs for setting up guardianship for Alzheimers patient to be deductible!

The IRS has announced recently that "the costs for setting up guardianship for Alzheimers patient are to be considered part of medical costs that can be deductible! The IRS has stated that the medical expenses would also include the attorney fees to establish the guardianship, which was required so that "the taxpayer could be committed and obtain the necessary medical treatment"!
