Another Fine Mess we find ourselves today! Dow Down -325, Nasdaq down -81! WOW!!

As Laurel and Hardy famous sayings, "Here's another fine mess you got me in"!

Its amazing that the both the President and the entire Congress are caught sleeping on the job! We should fire the whole bunch of fools! We need a change in Washington, but, the change means a third party, none of this nonsense Dem vs Rep! They are mostly the same folks wearing different shirts!

We need to rescue the middleclass from extinction! We need a better tax policy that will encourage the small businesses to succeed, and remove red tape. We need to remove burdens on the small businesses that prevent them to succeed! Perhaps we need another Fiscal Stimulus package targeted to the middleclass!

Don't panic! The market will improve over time once this credit squeeze ends and the uncertainty over US the elections is over. Hang in tight! The market is still volatile and so avoid speculation.

Maintain a long term approach in your investment philosophy. This is the only strategy for success in this market. Avoid short term trades, avoid speculation or margin buying, invest for 5 years, and employ a diversified portfolio. Avoid individual stocks as much as possible so as to mitigate risk!

Invest in the best known mutual funds, check out the mutual funds rankings, study the mutual funds well, try and follow the Fund Managers track record. In this manner, you will at least perform at or above the market.
