Payroll Taxes in 2 States

We are a California s-corp that operates an office in another state, Kansas, along with offices in CA. We subscribe to enhanced payroll in Quickbooks, but Quickbooks is not telling us, or giving us the form to pay our Kansas payroll taxes like it does for CA. What are we doing wrong? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Bob
