Senior Citizens with Full Healthcare, No Dependants How to Reflect Line 61, Form 1040 for 2014 Tax Year

Wife and I are Senior Citizens with Medicare and Emblem Health PPO for all 12 months of 2014 and have no dependents.

How to reflect this on line 61 of 2014 1040?

Do we check "Full Coverage" and leave the line blank?

Please clarify.
