Qualified Dividends for LLC taxed as a C-Corp

Hi,

I own a LLC which is taxed as a C Corp. It has been in operation since 3 years.

1. If I take a dividend from the company, will it count as a qualified dividend and be at the reduced tax rates?

2. The dividend was agreed to in 2014 but paid in 2015. Which year should I report it in my personal income? The 1099-DIV was issued for 2014 with the amount.

Could you please advise?

Thanks,

James
