Who benefits from Senator Obama's tax plan?

Senator Obama's tax plan would seem to benefit most tax filers as he would generally retain the Bush Tax Cuts for both the Single Taxpayers whose adjusted gross income is less than or equal to $200,000, and for Married Filing Joint Filers whose adjusted gross income is less than or equal to $250,000.
