Dissolving an S Corp

How much does it cost to close down an S Corp in New Jersey?

it depends on the circumstances/tax pro, a cpa/an irsea or where you live too. You need to contact tax pros in your area to determine your best options
. dissolving a business entity is no different.you must submit New Jersey Corporation Business Tax Returns whether or not it is active and it remains subject to at least the minimum tax of $500 each year until it legally dissolves. So you still have to pay the $500 corporate business tax to NJ this year.
