Wash Sales and selling out of the money puts (1- 1/2 years before) selling stock for a loss? See details.

Does anybody know if the below situation will trigger a wash sale and how would be handled in TurboTax?

-I bought 1000 shares of MT 3 years ago for approx. $18.

-I sold out of the money put on MT 1-1/2 years ago (strike price was $10 stock was trading at $12, premium received was $1.17) and it expires tomorrow 1/16/15 and will probably be assigned to me and I'll have to buy it then (it's trading at $9.50 currently).

-I sold 1000 shares MT stock on 12/26/14 at $11.20, generating a loss of $6.80 a share

Does the sale on 12/26/14 and subsequent required purchase on 1/16/15 create a wash sale for the losses I had in 2014? I seem to think no since I entered into put options contract long ago and it was out of the money at the time and was also out of the money when I made the stock sale last month.

Thanks!
