mileage deduction for 1099 independent contractor

HI,

i am becoming an independent contractor (1099).
i will be driving every day with my personal car from my house to my work place which is in one place.
can I deduct the mileage from home to work and back home or only part of it?
what else can i deduct? a car lease? what portion of it?
