deducting health insurance premiums -- s corp in NYC

Hi, I am a 100% owner of my s corp and want to start deducting health insurance premiums per Notice 2008-1.

I understand that the amount is subject to federal and state taxes. I would like to know if this is also subject to NYC taxes.

Thanks
