Angry just my luck

I filed my taxes about 2 weeks ago at h&r block. Knowing I'm single with no dependents, I thought things would go smooth. The man said my W4 forms, which is the paper you fill before starting a new job, where filled out wrong
making it look like I was married All year. My question is, is there Anything I can do about it now? Instead of getting a nice return, I actually owe the IRS money, because of that mistake. Regardless, I worked all year and should have a right to a refund...
