Self-employed/1099, want to deduct health insurance but applied under spouse's name

My husband works for a small business and is not offered health insurance and I will be an independent contractor this year. We have purchased our own insurance through the marketplace under his name. Would we still be able to deduct it although I am the independent contractor?
