My tax forms came and they have the wrong address. I've called my employer and Investment company and it is to late to have corrected forms so they have advised me to ask a tax adviser on how to get my W-2 and 1099's address change. It's a long story but I received my W-2 and 1099's with the incorrect address on them.

What IRS forms do I use to correct this so it can use my legal address when I do my taxes?

I'm planning on having HR Block do my taxes because I think this is going to be a mess but I want to be informed before I go.
