We replace our central heat/AC system in Jan of 2013 w/ a new 16-SEER system... (It HAS proven more efficient, saving avg $40/mo in lowered elec bills!)...chose this system in part, b/c it carried a $300 tax credit. I have downloaded the form 5695, but I'm really confused as to how I fill it out. I also contacted the contractor, who is mailing me the manufacturer's certificate, for my records. I'm not usually this denser about filling out tax forms, but this has me baffled. would like to just see what the properly filled out form ought to look like.
