Question schedule C help?

I am an independent consultant (I have parties at houses and sell chocolate products). I need help with what business code I need to use on schedule C. I do not think it is direct selling because you (as the customer have to order product). I do not have product on hand, just product for tasting.
Also, the product supplies I have bought in order to preform my duties I believe is deductible. Do I put this amount under supplies? Please help!
