Jewelry Business

Hello--in 2013, I signed up to sell a jewelry line. I ended up not having too much time to get it up and running this year, made $125 from sales. However, I'm wondering if I can still itemize and deduct those expenses, such as the product show pieces, gas, etc.

Also, I paid my medical insurance was paid with my income after taxes--does that make a difference--can I deduct some of that?

Sorry, lot of questions...Thanks!
