What are Senator Obama's Tax Policy regarding College Aid?
Senator Barrack Obama is now suggesting an overhaul if for college aid. He is currently espousing a plan that would replace existing tuition subsidies with a fully refundable tax credit of up to $4,000 a year per college student.
