Can anybody please suggest an investment strategy for this market?
Can somebody please help suggest an investment strategy for this horrible investment environment?

I am totally fed up with this market wild gyrations, especially the downward spiral! I want a strategy that is tax-efficient as well, as I am in the higher tax bracket.
