Switching from 1099 to W2 & Estimated Taxes

For all of 2012, I was a 1099 contractor. Then, as of the beginning of January 2013, I switched companies and I am now a full time W2 employee.

After doing my taxes, I received a refund, but I am expected to still pay estimated taxes. If my W2 withholdings at my new company throughout the upcoming year covers the quarterly estimated taxes owed in each quarter, should I still be paying the estimated taxes?
