Rollover IRA Help

Hi - have an issue with a rollover IRA and would appreciate any advice. Basic outline of situation below:

2007 - started job and 401(k) with employer, opened Roth IRA separately

2010 - left job, but kept 401(k) with employer for time being

2011/2012 - transferred 401(k) to Rollover IRA at some point, with intention of moving it to Roth eventually once markets settled / made investment decisions (but forgot about it for awhile just sitting in money market account)

2013 - still in Rollover IRA, want to transfer to Roth, understand this to be taxable event

The problem is I am getting married this year, and am worried this will now get hit at a much higher bracket (as of now I am in a very low bracket as a grad student). Will be returning to a full time job in 2014. What should I do? Can I keep it in the rollover and transfer it back to a new 401(k) in 2014? Any other thoughts? Thanks so much.
