Individual 401(k) qualifications

My employer does not offer 401 (k) plans.
Do I qualify to open a individual 401(k) a/c, if so can you share specifics on this. ( contribution limits etc)

I already have a Traditional IRA and A Roth IRA Account. ( contributing 5K per yr)

Thanks,
Raj
