In 2010 I move to OH from AZ. I lived with my ex and my son, even had name on the lease, she didn't work at all that year, so I claimed my son(it was my year per custody court papers) and HOH, since I was providing the only income in the household. I did live there over 6 months, but, I moved back to az before I filed. But now she wont give copy of lease to me and all I have is an old 5 day notice on the OH address, and a receipt for rent payment. Is that enough to prove I DID qualify to file HOH, in Tax court?
