LLC or S-corp (already employed with W2)

Hello,

Wife and I are employed with W2. Our 2011 income (gross) as 190k (105k+85k). We also have a LLC with 15k income for 2011 and excepted income of 75k for atleast next 3 years (if not more).
Should be remain LLC or should we opt to become a S-corp? We have been reading up the internet but are still lost on this. Any suggestion will be very helpful when we start seriously discussing this with a CPA.
BTW, we are TX residents.

thanks
SJD
