What to do if I haven't filed any estimated taxes and tax return for last year yet?

Last year my husband and I opened a C Corp on my name. It is a small auto shop and my husband runs the business. Due to lack of knowledge we haven' t filed estimated taxes through the year. Also we haven' t filed the tax return yet and missed the deadline to file an extension.
What should I do now and what penalties am I facing for those estimated taxes that we didn't file?As far as I understood I can file the tax returns and I will have to pay a fee based on the amount of taxes we owe. The company net profit won't be more that 30 000, should I expect high penalties?

Thanks for the answers in advance!
