Need to know how wife and I should file

Hi, This year my Wife moved to Montana in june and started a consulting business, while I am still in NJ. We are still married , our plan is to move completely to Montana in the future. My question is How should we file, Married head of household filing separately for both , I just dont know. Any direction would be appreciated, Thanks Ron
