Question Taxes on casino gambling

Hello

I love gambling and I only play slots and I am in Illinois state and I had been to Vegas 2times in 2009 and 2times in 2010.I had won
2009-($1,341.50)
2010-3,588.78
However I lost more than what I won.So the net is only LOSS and no profit..How do i declare this in Taxes..I know that there is an option for winnings but how to declare losses what are all the required documents for losses can you please explain??And I even play in Chicago casino so what do i do to get the details pertaining to my wins and losses.Please help.Thank you very much in advance.
