This can't be right...can it?

Hello TaxGuru.

My taxes or normally pretty simple and TurboTax has been my friend until this year. I'm trying to decide if this really is correct or if I should go to a professional and pay to be sure? I'm single w/o dependents and nobody can claim me. I have one W-2 from one job, I don't own a home or have any other special circumstances. I have used 2 exemptions for the past 2-3 years so that has not changed either. For my 2008 taxes, I lived/worked in 2 different states so I filed Federal, State (MD) and State (PA).

Pennsylvania
Wages: 8684.07
Fed income tax withheld: 1329.17
Soc sec tax withheld: 538.41
Medicare tax withheld: 125.92

Maryland
Wages: 28349.24
Fed income tax withheld: 3804.85
Soc sec tax withheld: 1757.65
Medicare tax withheld: 411.06

I ended up with a $1,300.00 refund for FED, $305 refund for MD, and $0 for PA. Now, for my 2009 taxes I have...
Wages: 47860.50
Fed income tax withheld: 5322.34
Soc security tax withheld: 2967.35
Med tax withheld: 693.98

I OWE $94 for Federal and I'm getting about $360 back for State. I'm just wondering if this is correct because I kept everything the same and was expecting something back for Federal since I got something last year. Is it because I made more? Am I doing something wrong?
