Unreimbursed Expenses Deduction

What is the best way to deduct (where do I enter?) out of pocket expenses I paid for while hosting an event for a qualified charity. Example- I purchased food (snacks and drinks) and supplies (plates, napkins, etc) for a few different events at my church last year. I have similar expenses for other organizations as well.
