Exclamation HELP with 1099-misc form! lying boss

I was 16 and hired as a subcontractor for a snowplowing company, i only worked one time for 5 hours making $20 an hour. When the supervisor(he wasnt the owner) got around to paying me 6 months later he added a bunch of hours onto my pay to make the check equal $700. He told me to cash the check and give him $400. I told him i wount do that because i dont want a 1099 and have to pay tax on money that wasnt mine. He promised i wouldnt get one and told me not to F&#% him over. So i did what he said, but i got a 1099 i called the owner of the company told him about this situation, he then approched the guy who gave me the check and he lied and said I got all 700 and didnt give him any money, and the owner says theres nothing he can do about it unless i can prove im not the one lying.

What can i do???
