2017 Taxes

I made $66,000 which puts me in the 25% tax bracket. Which means I should owe $16,500. I have deductions of over $10,000, yet it is saying I owe $17,343. How is that possible?

for sure you neeed to chek it with a tax pro i.e., an IRS Enrolled Agent/a CPA in your local area:however, possibly or perhaps, Judging by the amount the average tax payer has over-withheld from your pay, youcan be scared to death of owing the IRS even the smallest amount at tax time.i mean too little withheld from your pay.if youfinish your are confused as to why you need to send the IRS a check, there is only one possible explanation for this: you paid less tax during the year than you owed for your income level
