KS nonresident

We are MO residents and my wife works in KS. Do we have to pay KS tax on both our incomes or just on what she earned in KS. 2016 it appears we paid tax based on both of our incomes base on TurboTax transfered information. I looked at the printed forms and it asks for adjusted gross from Federal form. Should this just be my wifes income or both of our incomes. My income is all from Missouri
