Eftps federal tax deposit

Michelle Crane

Good evening,
I'm fairly a new bookkeeper. I was hired with very little experience but have a degree in Finance. I pretty much had to hit the ground running. Today I was doing payroll and accidentally put the date 30th(Saturday) instead of the 29th (today;Friday). I notified my boss (small non profit organization) and he just said don't worry about it. Checks will be distributed Monday. Another mistake I made, was when I deposited payroll Tax on EFTPS, I set Date once again, to 30th(Sat.) instead of today. I. Home now and so stressed. Will this affect end of year reports, audits, etc? Someone please respond.
