Did not Received 1099-Div - No tax FED ID #

This is my first year filing taxes on my own. In August I started investing in stocks and I have been receiving small dividends from about 6-8 different stocks, all a couple cents not enough to qualify for a 1099-Div. The tax software I am using requires a "payer federal id number" which I do not have because I did not receive a 1099-Div. How to I find the "payer federal id number"? I could not find the information on online stock brokerage. I have done exhaustive google searches but cannot find that information for companies I receive dividends from.

I would appreciate any help because at this point I am so frustrated that I am considering that reporting them. They add up to roughly $4-$5.
