529 plan eligible expense question

If transportation is an eligible expense for my 529 plan, then is the cost of a car an eligible transportation expense? or is it just the actual gas and receipts are required? or is it a per mile rate like the federal transportation deduction of 55 cents/mile or whatever it is at the time?
