1099 made out to individual instead of business

We have a limited liability company with C tax classification. Two years ago we mistakenly entered SSN instead of EIN on the W-9. When we received the 1099 we realized our mistake, but the company refused to correct it. We gave them the correct info, but this year they used the SSN again. How do we take care of this if they refuse to correct it?
