Amending Federal Taxes - need to amend state?

I am amending my federal taxes.

Do I need to send amended forms for the two states I lived in?

It shows on both forms that the amounts being taxed, or refund received, is not being changed. Do I even need to submit amended forms for the states?

When I did the amend option on TurboTax and printed the forms, it had a watermark on the MD forms saying 'do not file,' but did not have any watermark on the AZ return? (The watermark is making me think I need to submit AZ even though there is no difference??)
