Help!! HOH OR MFJ??
Husband and I hit a rough patch and he moved out in March of 2016, so I am qualified to file as HOH for 2016. My question is, if we are trying to reconcile and do get back together in 2017, will I then change my filing status back to MFJ? Will this trigger a red flag if I keep switching my filing status?
